Just launched, the young company offers cases and boxes in small series for the luxury sector.
Despite the unfavorable economic context, Jérôme Mihy and Benoît Rocher have decided to start their own company called MR Cartonnage Numérique. As its name suggests, this small company specialized in the design and manufacture of folding cases and cardboard boxes in small series thanks to digital printing. " Benoît Rocher and myself are very familiar with the board industry. Personally, I worked for the group Autajon and I was responsible for major accounts at Riverpack explains Jérôme Mihy. We created MR Cartonnage Numérique to meet recurring customers’ needs to have models outlining the exact future production. " Located in the Paris region, MR Cartonnage Numerique has, in fact, nine machines enabling to offer different finishing "classics" - laminating, varnishing, screen printing, gilding, embossing - and edit boxes in semi-automatic. "We are able to produce unique pieces that serve as prototypes and small runs at competitive rates to support customers in developing their cardboard packaging," says Jerome Mihy. Both partners are betting on innovative technology of digital printing cardboard offering new possibilities of decoration. MR Cartonnage Numerique will be present at Pack & Gift, 3 and 4 June at the Porte de Versailles in Paris, to present its activities.
