Schib’s cutting edge technology distribution and feeding systems to the wrapping machines, including robotics and vision systems, are extremely simple to use. Human Machine Interface (HMI) is friendly and intuitive; format changeover is easy and fast. Sturdiness and quality of the components used ensure safety and reliability.

The customised software can manage the entire working cycle, by synchronising the flow of the randomly arriving or oriented products with the distribution and feeding into the various “flow pack” machines, thereby optimising the performance and overall productivity of the systems.

SCHIB packaging SPA also presents a new horizontal machine that represents a modification of the flow-pack concept and will deliver a pack whose longitudinal seal is moved to the side (“side seal” style), still using a single wound film rollstock, just like the traditional flow-packing machines do.

Such a longitudinal seal, that is obtained by coupling two layers of film only, will feature an extraordinarily high integrity. The “side seal” solution may be the response to a specific marketing need for aesthetic peculiarities or find excellent application in the pharmaceutical industry and/or whenever hermetic packs have to be obtained.
