Englander Acquires Sonntag to Strengthen Marketing Offering

US-based Englander Container & Display, a corrugated box and display company, has acquired in-store marketing provider Sonntag.

The acquisition is aimed at creating a range of point-of-purchase display and packaging services.

Sonntag, founded in 1956, specialises in point-of-purchase, communications, fulfillment and distribution.

Englander manufactures and distributes corrugated boxes, displays and other packaging products and has facilities in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Waco.

The details of the sale were not disclosed.
