packaging related legislative regulations are ministered mainly by five miniseries in Turkey.

Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (food and materials in contact with food)

Ministry of Environment and Forestry (packaging waste, industrial & other special wastes)

Ministry of Transportation (transport of dangerous goods)
