Description

How should a brochure be folded?

Brochures can be folded in many different ways, depending on the design and how much information you want to include.

We offer a wide range of brochure folding styles to match your design, content flow, and customer experience goals. Whether you’re producing a sleek promotional piece or a detailed instruction manual, the right fold ensures your message unfolds exactly as intended—both visually and functionally.

To avoid unwanted white borders or cut-off elements during trimming, please extend background colors, images, or artwork at least 3mm (1/8″) beyond the final trim size (bleed area) on all sides. Likewise, keep essential text, logos, and key visuals at least 5mm (1/4″) inside the safe margin to protect them from accidental trimming.

Not sure about the setup? No worries—we’re happy to review your artwork or provide ready-to-use templates. With these details in place, your brochure will look polished and professional from front cover to final fold.
