1.Are You Manufacturer or a Trade Company?
We are the 100% Manufacturer specialized in printing & packaging over 27 years with 17,000 square meters workshop area. There are excellent teams composed of 150 professionals and more than 400 skilled workers in our factory.
2. Where is Your Factory Located? How Can I Visit There?
It’ s located in the east of Guangzhou City with very convenient transportation access, It only taks you five minuteees to go to Guanhu Station of Metro Line 13 welcome to visit our factory!
3. How can I do samples?
Send inquiry or chat with our employee, tell them your requirements and they will offer professional advises.
4. How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
Generally, digital sample or dummy sample in 1-3 days, finished product sample needs 5-7 working days.
The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 10-15 working days is enough.
5. Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Sure. Your Logo can be shown on the products by Printing, embossing, debossing, gold/silver foil, color hot stamping, spot UV, or Sticker, etc.
6. What’s your delivery terms and payment terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the most convenient and effective one.
T/T wire transfer, Credit cards or MasterCards, E-checking, Paypal and Western Union remittance are acceptable here. Generally, 30% deposit needs to be paid before delivery and balance paid against copy of B/L requested for order payment.
7. Can I get samples before mass production? Is the sample charge refundable?
Sure! We are honored to offer you samples, stock sample is free of charge, only shipping cost paid by your side. Customized sample and PP samples are welcomed, sample cost can be refunded based on order values.
8. How is the packing for finished products?
1. Individual packaging: poly bag/shrink wrapping/water proof paper; Insert or divide protection; 2. Best K=K export corrugated carton with film wrapping; 3. Solid plastic pallet packaging with film wrapping and packaging belt; 4. Dunnage bag protection for stuffing packaging; 5. Complete shipping mark; 6. Not Exceed 21kg Each Carton for courier; 7. Custom packaging is accepted.
9. What choices affect my pricing?
As a high-volume producer with scale economies, Bonroy provides the industry’s most competitive prices on custom printed boxes available. Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, product style, CMYK color or Pantone color, paper material, special finishing and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings). Custom orders of 5,000 or more can be eligible for volume discounts. If you have questions about pricing or choices that can affect your custom packaging order, our customer support team is happy to help!
10. What happens after I place my order? Do I get a proof before printing?
After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a 2D digital proof of your custom boxes to your email within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send a note directly to our Prepress team through the proof page and they’ll be happy to help with finalizing your design for printing.
